Normally we would have all our staff come in to their office to sign a receipt that you have access to the policies and procedures manual / appendices, but we have decided to make the process much easier. I have received a copy of the Better Living Counseling Services, Inc. Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual and have read it or had it read to me carefully. I understand the rules, policies, terms and conditions herein and agree to abide by them, realizing that failure to do so may result in disciplinary action and/or termination. I also understand that this Manual supersedes any previous handbooks, policies or manuals.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS MANUAL IS NOT AN EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT AND THAT NO OFFICIAL HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO A VERBAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH ME.
